All Employees
- Night shift differential - $2.00 per hour
- Summer Weekend differential - $5.00 per hour
- LDT differential - $10.00 per hour on duty, $20.00 per hour off duty
- Event Standby differential - 10.00 per hour
- 11 paid Holidays (double time pay for holidays worked)
Full-time employees
- Rotating 36 & 48 hour work week
- Company paid medical insurance for employee, 50% paid for family
- Company paid dental and vision insurance for employee and family
- Company paid short & long term disability and life insurance for employee
- Missouri Local Government Retirement System (LAGERS) pension plan – L6
- Paid time off (122 hours, 1st year) plus 36 hours for wellness participation

Requirements
- Personnel must complete Physical Agility Testing and pass a criminal background check and drug screening before being accepted for employment.
- Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Missouri EMT License, CPR.
- High school or equivalent
